Volkswagen revives the Microbus as the ID. Buzz, starting at $59,995 with seven seats, 234 miles of range, and 282 hp. Note: VW is skipping the 2026 model year for the US (citing tariffs, high price, and weak demand) and is selling through leftover 2025 stock; VW has confirmed a 2027 MY return arriving at US dealers from August 2026 with four trims (Pro S RWD, Pro S 4Motion, Tourer 4Motion, Pro S Plus 4Motion), a new camping-oriented Tourer with fold-out mattress and window blinds, and a factory-included NACS adapter for Tesla Supercharger access.
